So, good news 🙂 and bad news 🙁 First, unfortunately, things change. Cascade Yarns sent out a new price list last summer, and Malabrigo has done a little jump on a couple yarns…it is now time for me to do a little markup, effective in February. Namingly, Cascade’s Baby Chunky Alpaca, and Eco Duo, (from $12.95 to $14.95) and Malabrigo’s Worsted, (from $10.50 to $11.00). There may be a couple other small price changes on one or two other random yarns, but these are the most significant. NOW…..for the GOOD NEWS: Happyknits will be having a month long sale in February!!! 20% storewide on all yarns and most pattern booklets. I will also honor the 20% off sales price on special orders, if available, providing you order a whole bag (10 skeins), pre-pay, and pay shipping. So if you have a big project in mind that will take multiple skeins, I can make that order for you. Brown Sheep is the only company that does not do bags, so you can order as many of whatever colors you like…again, pre-pay and assume shipping.
While I have you, I want to remind you that Fall/Winter Hours which run from the Fall Equinox through the Spring Equinox (5 days/week) will stay in effect through February and the beginning of March, ending March 20, 2013- the first day of Spring. At that point until the Summer Solstice, June 21st, I will only be open 3 days/week (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday). From June 21st until the Fall Equinox, I will add one day, making it 4 days, including Tuesdays, no Thursdays. And finally, September 22nd, the first day of Fall, back to 5 days/week. Maybe it’s easier to make sense if I list it:

Summer Hours (running from the Summer Solstice-Fall Equinox): OPEN Tues, Fri 9:30am-5:30pm Wed 11:30-7:30, Sat 9:30am-3:30pm CLOSED Sun, Mon, Thurs
This works well for me based on LIFE and business. I will still be scheduling Classes/Events/Workshops/KAL at Random times and will inform you as plans come together. Wednesday night KNIT NIGHT and Friday morning SIT and KNIT is always on…Year Round!!!!
