Make-a-Hat-in-a-Day 2024!

We hope you can join us at Happyknits for our Make-a-Hat-in-a-Day get-together coming up this Saturday, October 26, anytime between 10-4. Whether you drop in for a short time or stay all day, we guarantee you’ll have a fun time!

We’ve chosen the fun and simple one-skein hat, The Big Hat (free on Ravelry) as our default pattern, but feel free to select another pattern using a super-bulky yarn. The Big Hat calls for 16″ #15 needles, and #15 double points.

To add to the fun, we’ve just filled our shelves with more beautiful colors of Malabrigo’s Rasta and Caracol yarns. Here are some of our new colors:

And if you want to do a pattern with a little more details try out one of Kristel Nieves beanie patterns on Ravelry. This one is the Flor de Lis pattern. It can also be made in an hour or two!

Bring a lunch and stay all day, or just pop in for a short time! There is no charge for the event.
